I've always had a powerful appreciation for photography. My mother was constantly taking pictures as I was growing up. I learned a lot from her and credit her for my insight for capturing moments in time. I like to shoot objects or scenes which have a feeling of times past.
I’ve only been using digital photography for the past six years but have adapted well. Before digital I used my good old 35 millimeter to shoot. I also have experience in a dark room with regular and experimental prints. This gives me a great appreciation for artist before me whom did not have technology such as Adobe Photoshop to alter their photos.
I keep my camera with me at all times. Sometimes I shoot for paintings and sometimes I shoot for the prints. I often find myself pulling over to the side of the road to take a random shot. Photography is one of my much loved art media’s.
